After three days out of school due to icy roads (read: free time and laziness) I finally found time to show my face around here again, and even updated! (Shock and awe!) Got a new chapter of stealing fire out. Here's hoping it was decent enough to post!

Oh, and if I seem unusually upbeat, bubbly, and/or giddy lately, it's most likely due to the fact that I'm in my second month of a new relationship. Yeah, yeah, I'm back among the hordes of starry-eyed teeny-boppers caught in the grip of hopeless, youthful infatuation. So I apologize in advance if I become any more insufferable than I already have been.

LAYER FIVE:
-- Smoke: Once or twice a week. Can’t do it much—I play basketball.
-- Cuss: Pretty much only when I drink.
-- Sing: Yeah… To myself a lot, but also in my school’s show choir, with friends, etc.
-- Take a shower: Around twice a day.
-- Have a crush: It’s developing into a bit more than that.
-- Do you think you've been in love: I’m not sure I’m qualified to know what love is yet. But possibly, once.
-- Want to go to college: Definitely.
-- Liked high school: Still there, but it’s not fantastic. People are too dramatic. High school does not = real world.
-- Want to get married: Very much so.
-- Get motion sickness: Not usually.
-- Think you're attractive: Generally a giant “NO” sign with flashing fluorescent lights.
-- Think you're a health freak: Not really, but in some ways. I can’t eat or drink after others. I do try to eat healthy a lot, I work out a ton, and I’m in love with granola bars and organic foods.
-- Get along with your parent(s): They’re a little suffocating, but then again I’m 18.
-- Like thunderstorms: Oh, goodness, yes. My best friend and I call each other when a good storm is coming to town.
-- Play an instrument: clarinet for 3 years in middle school, a little piano by ear, learning guitar…
